How to use Bottomless Well
CalculatedBottomless Well slowly regenerates lost Nephtoglobin: a magnitude of 0.2 at ranks I and II and 0.25 at rank III, so the second copy adds nothing on its own and only the third raises the rate. The first copy is in a chest in The Battlefield, the second is the reward for the side quest Homesick in Caverns (along with 2,000 Catalysts), and the third drops from the Risen Lancer elite in City of Orphans.
It is the backbone of a Transmutation build: with Life Diverted your flasks refill Nephtoglobin too, Potent Concoction adds more per drink, and Equivalent Exchange lets you pay Health when the pool runs dry, so Bottomless Well decides how often you have to.
Written from the Amber's own parameters, where its copies are placed and its listed pairings; rank II values marked as interpolated are estimates between rank I and rank III.
