How to use Butcher's Carnage
CalculatedButcher's Carnage replaces flask healing with melee lifesteal: melee hits restore Health at a lifesteal rate of 5% at rank I, 7.5% at rank II (interpolated) and 10% at rank III, and you can no longer heal with Ferrofluid Flasks. Copies are in chests in The Battlefield, Vale of Wrath and The Outskirts.
It is an all-in pick for aggressive melee. Back it with Dominatus (Health on Critical Attacks) and Wound that Heals so you are never without sustain, and it combines with Glass Soldier, whose extra damage raises what each hit steals. Never pair it with the four flask Ambers: Tomorrow's Promise, Potent Concoction, Iron Grip and Limit Break.
Written from the Amber's own parameters, where its copies are placed and its listed pairings; rank II values marked as interpolated are estimates between rank I and rank III.
