5 min. Reapplying it restarts the timer rather than stacking a second copy, so there is no benefit to drinking two.
Can you use Bonemass again straight away?
No — it has a cooldown, listed above with its duration. A Forsaken power is the clearest case: it runs for its full length and then you wait, which makes when you trigger it matter more than which one you carry.
