How decks are ranked

Modeled

Each deck is simulated for 10 of its own turns against an average opponent built from the whole card pool, with its best talents and the Tox family it buys on every even turn. Strength is the square root of the damage it deals times its effective HP, the measure that decides who runs out of cards first.

The strength index rescales that between an average random deck (0) and the best deck found (100). It is a model of the game's numbers, not a win rate: it doesn't see stuns, freezes, transformations or player skill.

Rainbow Engine Deck (Mistress of Tints) tops our SPAM deck tier list for v1.20; 12 of 69 ranked decks reach S tier. The best decks combine cards that add element points every turn with cards that hit many times or every enemy, then buy Berserk or AoE in the Tox Shop.

SPAM deck tier list FAQ — v1.20

What is the best deck in SPAM right now?

Rainbow Engine Deck (Mistress of Tints) ranks first with a strength index of 100.

What does the strength index mean?

0 is the strength of an average random 4-card deck and 100 the best deck the model found. Even a top-10% random deck only reaches about 15.6.

Are these win rates?

No. SPAM has no public match statistics, so every ranking here is modeled from the game's own data (damage, HP, cooldowns, resistances, element bonuses and the Tox Shop) over the first 10 turns.

What is the best SPAM deck with only common cards?

Moxilys, the Humming One + Canine Specter + Catixy + Shadow Spirit, with a strength index of 96.3.
