How to get Quixotry

Game data

In-game condition: “Defeat the Slaughtermill.”

Quixotry unlocks when the Slaughtermill is destroyed. It is the fourth boss, fought in the Vale of Wrath during Chapter V Crime, and the Old Windmill Lantern is about 157 m away.

The Slaughtermill is unlike every other boss: its data lists no attacks of its own, no Posture bar and no Stasis segments, so Parries and Posture breaks don't apply. It has 3,250 Health split into three stages that change at 2,251 and 751 Health, and no resistances at all, so every weapon and Transmutation deals full damage. Spend your Nephtoglobin and ammunition freely.

The kill pays 30,000 Catalysts, a big step up from the Sphinx's 20,000. The Musket, the long-range gun, is handed over in the same region at the Poisoned Camp.
