Seeker hunts you. Once it spawns it walks towards you rather than wandering, so distance alone will not lose it.

Seeker is a Mistlands Monsters creature in Valheim with 200 health. The numbers above are the ones the game never shows you: how fast it moves against your own speed, how much damage inside one window it takes to stagger it, whether smoke and fire do anything to it, and the spawn rule behind the biome — an interval, a chance and a cap per zone.

Seeker FAQ

How do you kill Seeker in Valheim?

No effect: Chop, Spirit, Pickaxe. Health is 200, so the right damage type matters more than raw weapon damage.

What does Seeker drop in Valheim?

It drops Seeker Meat (100%), Carapace (100%), Seeker Trophy (5%). Chances shown are for a plain kill; starred variants multiply both the amount and the chance on anything that scales.

Where does Seeker spawn in Valheim?

In Mistlands the game rolls for one every 200 seconds with a 30% chance, up to 2 alive in a zone at once. Valheim worlds are seed-generated, so there is no fixed location: the rule is what is fixed, not the place.

Can you outrun Seeker in Valheim?

Not in the water, which is where you meet it. Seeker swims at 4 against your 2, so it closes on a swimmer the whole way and there is no version of that swim you win. Get back on a boat or onto land — on a boat you outrun it easily; in the water you do not.

Can Seeker be staggered?

Yes. Landing 30% of its maximum health inside one window staggers it, which is the opening a parry is for — parry damage counts towards that figure, so the two combine.
