Valheim adds that figure up across everything equipped — both hands, all four armour slots, the utility slot and the trinket — so a heavy set with a shield reaches a number you can feel, and it applies to the stamina that running and jumping drain as well as to speed.

Abyssal Harpoon has 50 durability, and can be repaired for free at a crafting station that covers it — repairing costs nothing but the trip, so there is never a reason to carry a worn one home.
