They are listed above, at every quality level Hoe reaches. Some of those figures come from Valheim's own item tooltip; the rest — reach, swing arc, combo length, what the secondary attack multiplies — are read from the game files, because the tooltip never shows them.

Hoe has 200–600 durability, and can be repaired for free at a crafting station that covers it — repairing costs nothing but the trip, so there is never a reason to carry a worn one home.
