How it generates
Each run starts at the entrance and attaches rooms from its themed pool of 18 until it reaches the room count or runs out of connectors, which is why two of these in the same world share a theme but not a layout.
Room contents are not readable from the game files: rooms are referenced by asset GUID from scene bundles the asset manifest does not index, so the chests and spawners inside a given room cannot be listed here.
Infested Citadel generates in Mistlands and the world attempts 5 placements of it. A run assembles 512 to 512 rooms from a pool of 18, built from the world seed, so the theme is fixed but the layout is not. Room contents are not in the readable game data, so what is inside any given room has to come from playing it.
