This Slay the Spire 2 Regent relic tier list ranks the 121 relics with enough recorded data by their win rate when carried as the Regent, grouping them into S, B, C, D and F tiers. Unlike the all-classes ranking, every placement here reflects how each relic performs specifically in Regent runs — so a relic that is only average overall can be a top Regent grab. Tiers use the same percentile method as the rest of the site: the top 15% by Regent win rate are S, the next 15% B, and so on down to F. Right now the strongest relics for the Regent — the S tier — are led by Ornamental Fan, Daughter of the Wind, Fragrant Mushroom, with Ornamental Fan holding the highest Regent win rate at 100.0%.
