Slay the Spire 2 Boss Encounters

This Slay the Spire 2 boss encounters guide breaks down all 13 bosses you fight on the climb — their win rates, how hard they hit, and exactly which cards and relics give each class the best shot at beating them. Bosses are grouped by act, from the Act I gatekeepers to the brutal Act III finales. For every boss you can see its clear rate, how many turns the fight usually lasts, the average damage it deals and the HP you are left with, plus the floor it appears on. Queen is currently the toughest boss in the game at just 66.7% cleared, while Soul Fysh is the most forgiving. Each entry lists the best and worst cards to bring as every class — Ironclad, Silent, Defect, Necrobinder and Regent — along with the top relics that swing the fight in your favour. Use it to prep your deck, dodge the traps, and stop losing runs to the same boss fight.
